If you do not bring the correct identification, you will not be allowed to test.

You must bring both Primary ID and a Supplemental ID.

Primary ID

you must bring a valid, non-expired, Government-issued ID that bears your photo, full name and signature:

• State or Province issued Driver's License
• State of Province issues ID
• Military ID card
• National ID card
• Passport
• Tribal ID card
• Permanent Resident card (Green Card)

Supplemental ID

You must bring a valid, non- expired, Supplemental ID:

• Government-issued photo ID (in addition to the Primary ID)
• Military Common Access Card (CAC)
• Department of Defense (DoD) CAC
• Student ID card
• Credit Card (may not be acceptable for some exams)

The first and last names on your ID must match the names we receive from your exam coordinator. Small deviations (such as Mike instead of Michael) are not allowed.

You must notify Pearson VUE at one business day before your appointment.  Log into your Pearson VUE account to reschedule, or call them directly at 866-294-1616

Proctor Partners does not schedule appointments, reschedule or cancel Pearson VUE exams.  All scheduling is handled though Pearson VUE.
